Samuel Saidu
Research, policy development and communication on people with Disabilities and less people
Samuel Saidu is a Sierra Leonean researcher and a registered pharmacist in Sierra Leone. He holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, master’s in public health and a PhD candidate at LSTM.
Samuel is a qualitative research enthusiast and focus his research on health, health policy, vulnerability, implementation, and advocacy.
He has worked with Sierra Leone’s ministry of health, ehealth Africa, Digital Square and University of Sierra Leone.

With these, Samuel has done several research on vulnerable people living with disability and within the slum settlements in Freetown. He currently works with the Institute of Gender and Children’s Health Research as a co-founder and consultant of several projects with vulnerable people in several slum settlements within Freetown.
Samuel will contribute his knowledge to support research and policy development and review within the various ministries, departments and agencies for the Center for Disability and Less Privilege Persons
